Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please carefully review our returns policy outlined below:


Unused Product Returns:

·        We hope that you will be satisfied with your new mobility product. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please refrain from using the product in any way.

·        To be eligible for a full refund, the product(s) must be returned to us in an unused condition, complete, undamaged, and in the original packaging/box within 14 days of purchase.

·        After this 14-day period, we cannot accept returns.

·        If the product(s) are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s).

·        While we encourage you to unpack and inspect the item, if you have used or installed it, we will only provide a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product, up to 50% of the item's value.

·        We reserve the right to reject or charge for goods that are returned to us used, unpacked, and/or without the original packaging.

 

Exclusions:

 

·        Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that have been specially ordered, made to order, or specially adapted to suit your requirements due to suppliers' return policies and our inability to sell them to another customer.

·        A refund or replacement will only be provided if the product(s) is faulty.

 

Cancellation:

 

·        To cancel your order, please contact us via telephone before delivery to notify us of your decision to cancel or a delivery charge will be deducted from any refund.

 

Defective or Faulty Items:

 

·        If your item is defective or faulty within 21 days of purchase, simply return it to our showroom for an exchange or refund with a valid proof of purchase.

·        If it has been more than 21 days since your purchase, please contact us to arrange the return of the item.

·        If we arrange the collection of a faulty item and subsequently find it not to be faulty, the cost of collection will be deducted from the final refund.
